2.2. A valid subscription is required for audio playback. Downloading a nanobook does not grant access in perpetuity.

3.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1. The audiobook summaries and content provided through Nanobook are for personal, non-commercial use only.
4.2. You may not distribute, share, or reproduce the content in any form without express written permission.
5.1. All content, including but not limited to audio recordings, text summaries, and graphics, are owned by Nanobook or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
6.1. Nanobook provides content "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nanobook operates.
